Improvements

1. Report generation has been revamped. Truxton now has dynamically generated reports that are download only. For example, the KMZ report is not textual and therefore only downloadable.
2. SOLR indexing has been improved.
3. "Entities" has been renamed to "Artifacts."
4. SQL queries were improved to execute faster.
5. Many more items in reports are now linked.
6. Much improved Apple SMS exploitation.
7. WhatsApp message exploitation.
