Improvements

Support for Physical Artifacts. Users can now manually enter artifacts without them having to come from digital media.
Support for Prism Loads. A Prism load allows you to perform multiple loads into one logical media in Truxton. You can load all images of a phone from any number of tools (XRY/Cellebrite/Paraben) but only have one media to analyze.
BAM UserSettings registry keys are now exploited.
Python API now has "SendMe" methods which makes it easier to test ETL file processing on files already in Truxton.
New Physical Artifact file type.

Python "add file" API now works.
Fixed the timestamps in the log report.
Carver no longer slows under heavy load.
Carver was missing some file records when inserting into the database.
Changing database port number from the user interface didn't automatically change the message bus port number.
