Improvements

1. GenerateDebugDump.exe is now included in the package. This tool will create debugging information that helps the developers fix problems.
2. Communications Visualization has been renamed to "Conversations"
3. The desktop now has a mini tutorial when you start it for the first time.
4. You can now search for files by group.
5. Eliminated files now appear with a strike through their names.
6. The Load Media page is now streamlined.

Bug Fixes

1. More setup work. Existing installations of Visual Studio 2015 C Runtime libraries and PostgreSQL were fixed.
2. The desktop will now survive if the database cannot be connected to.
3. Fixed a deadlock issue.
4. Limit a load to a specific number of files now works.
5. Linux Ext file system now reports the physical disk offset of files.
