Improvements

Setup.exe has undergone a rewrite. It now does a better job of waiting until a spawned installer finishes before continuing. Detection of packages has also been improved.
PST file trucation. PST files can now be more accurately carved.
Media Message Bus Report. Now you can see how much work is queued up in the ETL layer for an invidual piece of media.
Desktop Settings handling has been updated.
Desktop URL for spawning a browser to view geographic coordinates is no longer tied to Google maps. You can now configure the desktop to use any URL to display coordinates. This allows us to support private geographic servers.
Tooltips are now everywhere in the desktop.
The desktop now has a built-in tutorial. After the first run, it will disable itself.
You can now filter the media by type, size, etc.
New entity type of "Tor Hidden Service"
New default tag of "Dark Web" when a Tor Hidden Service entity is found, the media will automatically be tagged with "Dark Web"

Fixed a MIME (email) parsing bug. All bodies and attachments were all zeroes.
Investigation reports were not refreshing.
Random loads (for database testing) now produces reliable and reproducible data.
