This attaches the note to an object in Truxton.
This, combined with truxton_note_set_object_type() allows Truxton to associate a note with anything.

Syntax
void truxton_note_set_object_id( uint64_t note_handle, char const * id );
Parameters
note_handle
This handle comes from calling truxton_note_create().
id
The string representation of a GUID.
This will be stored in the [ObjectID] column of the [InvestigatorNote] table.
The value should come from the [ID] column of many tables in the database.
