Truxton artifact type get id
This retrieves the artifact type identifier.
This corresponds to the [ID] column of the [EntityType] table.
It will be stored in the [EntityTypeID] column of the [EntityType] table in the database.
Syntax
uint64_t truxton_artifact_type_get_id( uint64_t artifact_type_handle );
Parameters
artifact_type_handle
The handle to the object created by the truxton_artifact_type_create() call.
Return value
Either the value set by calling truxton_artifact_type_set_id() or a value calculated for you that won't collide with Truxton's default artifact types.

The PRIu64 in the sample code above is a standard way of formatting a 64-bit unsigned integer in C.
