Improvements

1. New Location Type: iBeacon Region. This is where your iOS device will start listening for iBeacons.
2. iOS backup key material is now expanded to produce a Hashcat hashfile to make password guessing easier. You shouldn't have to export the Manifest.plist to manually extract the key material.

Bug Fixes

1. The PostgreSQL installer was missing from the ISO image. DOH!
2. File system view now remembers where it was between views
3. Adding physical items was blowing up.
4. Android GMail participant parser was too strict. Messages had no From or To because of this.
5. Binary Plist expansion was producing valid but useless XML.
6. Fixed vCard parsing when those vCards come from Apple.
7. The Load Status Monitor was optimized to the point where it was media loads before the ETLs had a chance to process any data. You would see this as media being stuck at 48%
8. Artifacts that came from URLs in Unicode had the wrong lengths and offsets.
