Improvements

SOLR indexing speeds have been GREATLY improved.
Truxton now pulls Author information from Office 2007+ files.
New command line option to not process slack space.
Windows File Explorer context menu has been revamped.
Empty EXIF information is now ignored. Fields of all spaces are now considered to be empty.
