This page details how to stop, remove and free data associated with Truxton. You would do this when you want to start with a fresh install of Truxton.

U01

This machine serves as the Message Bus server, SOLR server as well as hosting singletons.

  1. Stop SOLR by running 
    D:\stopsolr.bat
  2. Stop the Load Status Monitor 
    net stop les
  3. Stop the ETLs 
    net stop truxton
  4. Uninstall Truxton
  5. Delete the configuration files in C:\ProgramData\Truxton\Settings
  6. Remove any outstanding messages by running 
    D:\ClearLocalMessageBus.bat
  7. Clear the files in C:\ClusterStorage\Scratch\U01\Logs
  8. Clear the files in C:\ClusterStorage\Scratch\U01\Search

U03

This machine serves as the loading database.

  1. Stop the ETLs 
    net stop truxton
  2. Uninstall Truxton
  3. Delete the configuration files in C:\ProgramData\Truxton\Settings
  4. Remove any outstanding data by running 
    D:\ClearLocalDatabase.bat
  5. Clear the files in C:\ClusterStorage\Scratch\U03\Logs
  6. Clear the files in C:\ClusterStorage\Scratch\U03\Search
  7. Clear the files in C:\ClusterStorage\Scratch\U03\Temp

U05

This machine serves as a Exploitation Node.

  1. Stop the ETLs 
    net stop truxton
  2. Uninstall Truxton
  3. Delete the configuration files in C:\ProgramData\Truxton\Settings
  4. Clear the files in C:\ClusterStorage\Scratch\U05\Logs
  5. Clear the files in C:\ClusterStorage\Scratch\U05\Search
  6. Clear the files in C:\ClusterStorage\Scratch\U05\Temp

U07

This machine serves as a Exploitation Node.

  1. Stop the ETLs 
    net stop truxton
  2. Uninstall Truxton
  3. Delete the configuration files in C:\ProgramData\Truxton\Settings
  4. Clear the files in C:\ClusterStorage\Scratch\U07\Logs
  5. Clear the files in C:\ClusterStorage\Scratch\U07\Search
