Investigation Statuses

This information is also kept in the [InvestigationStatus] database table. You are free to create whatever status values you need to accurately represent the status of an investigation in your organization. Please start your new values after the value of 100 so future versions of Truxton won't collide with your custom values.

Name	Value	Meaning
INVESTIGATION_STATUS_UNKNOWN	0	We don't know what the status of investigation this is.
INVESTIGATION_STATUS_OPEN	1	The investigation is open and active.
INVESTIGATION_STATUS_WAITING	2	The investigation is paused waiting for something.
INVESTIGATION_STATUS_CLOSED	3	The investigation is finished.

Remarks

The INVESTIGATION_STATUS_WAITING means the investigation is waiting for something external to Truxton. This can include:

• Authorization to proceed
• Warrant modification
• Password cracking
