A special control message to allow ETLs to be notified when a media exploitation has completed.
Description
This message is generated when Truxton completes the exploitation of a piece of media. All ETLs have completed, reports generated, statistics updated, finished everything.
Details
The ETL receiving this message cannot alter the media and expect any further processing to take place. It exists to allow for the easy development of "notifier" type processing when media is ready to be processed by other systems.
