The EMail ETL is where e-mail is parsed and put into the database. It performs this by processing primarily Type_Parsable_MIME files. All other ETLs that deal with e-mail in various forms will all output Type_Parsable_MIME files.
Type_Outlook_Personal_Folders (PST) files are also handled by this ETL. These files can take an extremely long time to process.
