Truxton bolo create

This is the first step in creating a BOLO.

Syntax

uint64_t truxton_bolo_create( uint64_t truxton_handle );

Parameters

truxton_handle

The Truxton instance to hold the BOLO. This handle comes from calling truxton_create().
